Do you want to collaborate with senior colleagues in the United States on insurance analytics—improving processes and enhancing client outcomes through technology? Join our ad hoc reporting team based in Mexico City and transform insurance claims data into dynamic, automated reports and visualizations that support key initiatives for our clients. This role is part of our Global Capability Center. This full-time hybrid position is based at our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available later. As an organization, we are united by trust, forming an inclusive team, and are committed to helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like** Work with large and sophisticated data streams to detect trends, build reports, and support strategic decision-making for our U.S. clients and senior leaders. This includes data manipulation, creation of automated tools and visualizations, and rapid response to reporting needs. Collaborate closely with colleagues, learning from experts while contributing your own ideas for process and technology improvements. * Apply and manipulate large volumes of data to identify key performance indicators and trends related to insurance claims. * Build and update client-ready reports—including charts, tables, and pivot tables—that clearly communicate analytical findings. * Develop, enhance, and automate end-user applications and reporting tools using Excel, Access, VBA, and other technologies. * Adjust analyses and outputs based on evolving client needs, urgent data requests, and market trends. * Participate in key initiatives and projects focused on improving analytical processes and introducing innovative analytical techniques. **What Makes This Opportunity Different** Collaborate directly with colleagues and leaders in the U.S., gaining exposure to complex, high-impact work early in your career. This is not just about producing reports—you’ll be actively involved in shaping analytical processes, introducing new tools and methods, and improving how information is used to support decision-making for property & casualty clients. This is a collaborative environment guided by experienced colleagues where your ideas, technical skills, and attention to detail can quickly translate into visible client impact. **Skills and Experience That Will Lead You to Success** A strong analytical mindset, passion for working with data, and ambition to deliver accurate, error-free results under tight deadlines are essential. Our successful colleagues are comfortable with databases, reporting tools, and programming concepts—and eager to learn from senior experts while expanding their technical skillset. Curiosity, ownership, and a mindset of continuous improvement will set you apart. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or a related field. * 2–5 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science; insurance, risk management, or consulting experience is preferred. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, actionable insights. * Proficiency in computer systems, database management concepts, and database structures; advanced skills in Excel, Access, and VBA. * Prior experience in statistical manipulation and reporting; familiarity with Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Tableau is a plus. * Highly organized, meticulous, and accountable for delivering accurate, error-free reports on time while learning under mentorship. **How We Support Our Colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we foster an inclusive workforce.
