




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing employer-employee contributions, affiliation transactions, incident control, information analysis, and regulatory compliance in social security. Requires technical knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and Excel **Main Responsibilities:** * **Contribution Management:** Determine and pay employer-employee contributions, including Work Risk Premium and contributions to INFONAVIT/FONACOT. * **Affiliation Transactions:** Process enrollments, terminations, and salary modifications through the IDSE portal. * **Incident Control:** Manage disabilities (ST7, ST2), absences, and work-related risks. * **Information Analysis:** Generate statistical reports, review reconciliations, and update databases. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Monitor proper application of social security laws and internal regulations. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, computer science, engineering, or related fields (degree and professional license often required). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in SUA (Unified Self-Determination System), IDSE, SIPARE, and Office suite (especially Excel). * **Skills:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. **Experience:** Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or social security areas.
