We are currently searching for talent for the position of **Human Resources Analyst**. **Job Objective:** Provide operational and strategic support to the Human Resources area through management of organizational culture, workplace climate, psychological assessments, talent development, and strengthening of internal processes, contributing to employee well-being and achievement of organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support organizational change processes and strengthening of internal culture. * Administer and analyze organizational climate surveys and follow up on NOM 035. * Update job descriptions, organizational charts, and competency-based profiles. * Participate in talent development, career, and succession planning. * Document and update internal processes according to the Quality Management System. * Follow up on organizational climate and workplace well-being certifications. * Manage agreements and benefits for employees. * Conduct initial screening interviews and cultural fit assessments. * Coordinate and follow up on the internship program. * Administer and interpret psychometric and projective tests, including psychological evaluations when required. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. **We Offer** * Salary $15,000 to $17,000. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits.
