Incident management, payroll preparation, and personnel file control **Job Objective** Execute and monitor HR administrative processes, ensuring proper employee support, incident and payroll preparation control, personnel file administration, and compliance with internal policies. **Responsibilities** * Support to operational and administrative staff (payments, incidents, payroll, and certificates). * Monitoring of incidents and payroll preparation. * Control of bonuses and variable payments. * Communication with HR departments in foreign locations. * Attendance tracking and time reporting. * Administration and safeguarding of personnel files. * Preparation of administrative reports. * Support during audits and personnel actions (hires, terminations, and transfers). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in personnel or payroll administration. * Proficiency in Excel and HR systems. * Attention to detail and confidentiality.
