Minimum 6 months of experience in retail stores. Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Responsibilities: Asset registration: Register new assets (computers, furniture, machinery, vehicles, etc.). Control and tracking. Physical inventories: Coordinate or conduct physical counts and reconcile them with the system. Additions, disposals, and transfers (Additions: new assets; Disposals: obsolete, stolen, sold, or damaged assets). Transfers: Changes in location or responsible party. Audit support: Prepare information for internal and external audits. Policy compliance: Ensure assets comply with accounting and tax policies. Reporting: Generate asset reports, depreciation reports, discrepancies, shortages, etc. We Offer / Benefits: Gross monthly salary: $13,000 Statutory and above-statutory benefits.
