Analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Responsibilities: Asset registration: Register new assets (computers, furniture, machinery, vehicles, etc.). Control and tracking. Physical inventories: Coordinate or conduct physical counts and reconcile with the system. Additions, disposals, and transfers (Additions: new assets; Disposals: obsolete, stolen, sold, or damaged assets). Transfers: Changes in location or responsible person. Audit support: Prepare information for internal and external audits. Policy compliance: Ensure assets comply with accounting and tax policies.
