We are seeking a **Financial Analyst** to support financial control, analysis, and planning for construction projects, ensuring profitability and sound decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Analyze costs, revenues, and profitability of construction projects. * Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow statements. * Monitor financial variances and support forecasting. * Prepare financial reports for management. * Support feasibility analysis for new projects. * Coordinate financial information with cost control, procurement, and project teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering**, or related field. * **2–5 years of experience** as a Financial Analyst, preferably in construction companies or construction projects. * Knowledge of construction budgeting and financial control. **Skills** * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * Financial and numerical analysis. * Experience with ERP or financial systems. * Organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
