You must feel comfortable leading complex analytical projects, guiding junior team members, and operating in a dynamic environment committed to continuous improvement and results. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management). * 5 \- 7 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, ideally in insurance, risk management, or consulting. * Proven proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and working with large, complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Alteryx. * High proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and experience designing customer-facing dashboards and reports. * Solid understanding of ETL frameworks, data warehousing, and cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks); familiarity with business applications of AI/ML is a plus. **How We Support Our Colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we foster an inclusive workforce.
