Responsibilities: Provide first-level telephone and remote support for issues reported by customers. Properly escalate unresolved reports to the next support level. Ensure accurate registration, documentation, and closure of handled reports in the system. Analyze and process information generated from various management platforms. ***Requirements:*** * Technical degree. * One year of experience in this or a similar position. * Excellent computer skills. * Driver's license type "C". ***We Offer:*** * Biweekly payment. * Working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Days off on Saturday and Sunday. * Statutory benefits.
