The Payroll Analyst’s mission is to accurately and timely complete assigned payroll processes to support a positive employee experience across all matters related to payroll execution at Michelin Mexico sites. First-line validation of data accuracy is essential. What will your day-to-day look like?* Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system promptly, in accordance with company payroll policies, control and quality guidelines, and applicable laws and regulatory requirements. * Process employee leaves to ensure accurate accounting of payroll exceptions. * Professionally resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries received. * Manage alerts regarding identified non-compliances or data quality issues. * Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
