Responsible for creating and releasing supplier payments A market-leading company with 50 years of experience invites you to join its team as an: **Accounts Payable Analyst** **Requirements:** **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.** **\- Age and gender are not limiting factors.** **\- 2 years of experience in accounts payable.** **\- ERP experience (SAP Business One).** **\- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.** Responsibilities: \- Ensure all received invoices comply with required tax and documentary specifications, verifying data accuracy and conformity with established requirements. This includes reviewing supporting documents to confirm completeness and correctness prior to payment processing. \- Weekly submission of payment proposals to the Treasury Department for validation and inclusion in the payment schedule. \- Updating and maintaining the supplier catalog. \- Recording payables in the Accounts Payable module and releasing payments within the same module. \- Monitoring payment compliance for goods and services acquisitions based on commercial purchase agreements. \- Safeguarding and recording tax documents from suppliers, creditors, and carriers, verifying the authenticity and validity of supporting documentation related to the acquisition of goods or services, to schedule payments according to agreed-upon due dates. \- Performing monthly and annual closings by reconciling the aging report and accounting entries, ensuring data integrity within the system. \- Strict adherence to internal procedures and policies \- Controlling and delivering payment evidence to the Accounting Department \- Payment complement documentation \- Reconciliation and cleansing of supplier account statements \- Travel expense management \- Managing supplier portals **We Offer:** **Direct employment with the company** **Statutory benefits plus additional benefits** **Savings fund: 10%** **Punctuality bonus** **Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $12,600.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site
