




Job Summary: Coordinate access control for visitors, employees, and vendors at Plaza GNP, ensuring a pleasant and optimal welcome while supporting security and user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage access control for an optimal experience. 2. Support large-scale GNP events and mass entry processes. 3. Handle requests and escalate security incidents. **Mission or Objective:** ---------------------- Implement flexible and agile access control for visitors to Plaza GNP, collaborating with the Security Department to identify threats to people or facilities, thereby ensuring a pleasant and optimal welcome for users and staff. **Function \- Responsibility:** ------------------------------- 1\.\- Register entry to Plaza GNP for visitors, employees, and non-credentialed vendors to facilitate their access (50%) 2\.\- Support GNP events and mass entry processes (training courses, recruitment drives, fairs and exhibitions, BAL Games, year-end party, team-building events, etc.) to ensure proper access for all guests (15%) 3\.\- Handle requests (events, group access, frequent administrative vendor access, VIP visits, onboarding and offboarding of DA employees and agents) promptly and accurately to enhance guest experience (15%) 4\.\- Address client incidents and submit visitor incident reports to ensure the safety of individuals within the premises (10%) 5\.\- Record and report incidents and policy/procedure violations via email to ensure the safety of staff and visiting users, and manage visitor credentials to expedite access (10%)**Education:** ---------------- Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Degree in Economics \- Administration**Language:** ----------- Basic English (50%)**Tool Proficiency:** --------------------------- Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel (Basic)**Academic Knowledge \- Certifications:** ------------------------------------------------ * Access control software proficiency (Desirable) * Statistics **Experience and applicable responsibilities:** ----------------------------------------------------- * Customer service * Civil protection (first aid, evacuation, fire suppression) * Handling simple databases **Areas or Experience in:** --------------------------- *Analyst or Advisor* * Customer service **No official validity** -----------------------
