




Position Purpose Manage, build, and administer the online community around the brand or company on social networks and digital platforms. Ensure positive user interaction, foster engagement, and monitor the brand's online reputation. Main Responsibilities and Functions 1\. Social Media Management \*Create, schedule, and publish relevant, creative content aligned with the brand strategy. \*Monitor trends and relevant topics to keep communication up to date. 2\. Strategy and Planning \*Develop and implement content calendars. \*Create and execute social media strategies and digital campaigns. \*Identify opportunities to improve engagement and community growth. \*Establish partnerships with influencers and media outlets for interviews 3\. Analysis and Reporting \*Monitor key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, etc.). \*Generate periodic reports on social media performance and present insights. \*Use analytics tools to evaluate the impact of implemented strategies. \*Monitor brand mentions on external platforms and forums. 4\. Community Engagement \*Create meaningful interactions with followers, fostering a strong and loyal community. \*Organize activities, contests, and digital events to maintain audience interest. \*Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors as needed. Job Requirements \-Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields. \-Work Experience: 1\-2 years of experience managing social media and digital communities. \-Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.). \-Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar). \-Video editing Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Soft Skills: \*Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and innovation. \*Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks. \*Empathy and conflict resolution skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) \*Monthly increase in social media engagement. \*Growth in follower count and post reach. \*Lead generation or conversions through social media campaigns. Working Conditions Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm. Mode: On-site Tools: Computer, access to management platforms and software.
