




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive analyst with a continuous improvement mindset to develop processes and strengthen the quality area in cheese production. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and proposal of improvements At **Quesos Cuenca**, we are strengthening our quality and production areas. We seek an analytical, proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset to help us develop processes, strengthen the quality area, and advance toward certifications. *Residency in Jilotepec or willingness to relocate is mandatory, as well as having personal transportation to commute to work; we are located in an area with limited public transportation access. **Responsibilities** * Establishing and implementing production controls and methods. * Developing and strengthening the quality area. * Improving processes and efficiencies at the plant. * Supporting production supervision and yield analysis. * Training operational staff. * Preparing and updating technical data sheets and quality certificates. * Releasing batches based on microbiological analyses and sensory tests. * Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). * Supporting new product development. **Profile** * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. * Knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP preferred). * Experience in food production. * Strong analytical, numerical, and process improvement skills. * Proactive attitude, leadership capability, and eagerness to learn. **Desirable:** Experience in cheese production or the dairy industry. Ability to perform microbiological testing. Experience with HACCP, SQF, or similar standards.
