Location (Azcapotzalco, near UAM Metro Station) Position Objective Generate and document shipping labels via the "Command" system to enable necessary tracking from request receipt through final delivery. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or technical degree. * One year of experience in customer service or as an administrative assistant. * Attention to detail, ability to clarify questions, and provision of personalized service. * Proficiency in Office software: Presentation and analysis of results. Job Functions or Activities * Generate shipping labels by entering sender and recipient data into "SCI" (Interactive Command System) to expedite package pickup. * Execute registration and creation of shipping labels, generating reports known as manifests to maintain a record of labels generated in "SCI" (Interactive Command System) and to close the client’s daily report. * Analyze shipment tracking for clients by monitoring shipments in the tracking system to verify package status and location, enabling customers to know where their shipment is located. * Report special cases by communicating with the account executive or account advisor so coordination with relevant departments can occur and optimal customer service can be delivered. * Report data updates by entering updated sender and recipient information into the Command system to ensure accurate label generation.
