We are a financial institution with over 20 years of experience providing individual loans nationwide; we are looking for a Coordinator to manage branch operations and achieve targets according to established policies. **OFFER** * **Base salary:** $9,900 gross monthly. * **Startup bonus:** $6,000 (first three months). * **Statutory benefits.** **\+ Uncapped commissions (loans originated by you and your team).** * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.\. * **Direct hiring by the company.** * Incentives and awards for achieving additional objectives. * Mobile phone. * **Work location:** Atlacomulco and adjacent areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage recruitment and conversion of new advisors. * Train new advisors and retain and keep established advisors updated. * Conduct daily field coaching. * Develop weekly work plans for the branch and field. * Review sales reports. * Attend to customers and authorities visiting the branch. **PROFILE** **Education:** Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred. **Experience:** Supervision and management of field sales personnel, recruitment and development of sales advisors, and achievement of sales targets. **Requirements:** * Availability to travel within the region (within the state). * Valid driver’s license (CSF) mandatory.
