RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure timely and accurate food production to support kitchen service delivery. * Work collaboratively as part of a team. * Provide excellent customer service. * Prepare items on the grill, including gringas, cheese crusts, cheese tacos, etc. * Assist with receiving and organizing supplies. * Perform deep cleaning duties in the kitchen and general areas. * Participate in inventory activities and quality control. REQUIREMENTS: * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Minimum one year of experience (preferred). * General knowledge of grilling techniques.
