Position Identification General responsibilities of the position General functions and activities of the position Functions: Schedule shipments ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Manage shipments from file creation to final delivery, supervising each stage of the process. Conduct timely follow\-up on ongoing operations, maintaining constant communication with customers, agents, and suppliers. Prepare and submit operational and commercial reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. Provide support to other departments requiring assistance on matters related to assigned customers. Record and maintain up\-to\-date information in internal systems, particularly CargoWise One (CW1\), in accordance with established standards. Attend meetings or visits with key customers, collaborating in identifying improvement opportunities and operational solutions.
