Position The individual in this role will be responsible for applying anti-adhesive coatings onto industrial molds using spray painting systems, ensuring uniform application and compliance with process quality standards. Responsibilities * Application of anti-adhesive coatings using spray painting. * Surface preparation prior to coating application. * Operation and programming of painting equipment or machines. * Quality verification of coating application. * Compliance with safety and production procedures. Requirements * Prior experience in spray painting. * Experience operating or adjusting painting equipment. * Technical degree in industrial painting, coatings, industrial processes, or related field. * Experience with industrial coatings or industrial painting (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts.
