SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary: Support store operational activities, including sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service, to meet operational and commercial performance metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Provide floor-level operational support in the store by executing sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service processes established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve assigned store operational and commercial performance metrics. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overflow areas, and in trucks, following applicable stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct merchandise placement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in counter sales closures; handle customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions—including cash and card payments—and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s point-of-sale payment policies to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * High school diploma or equivalent completed. * Prior experience as a stock clerk, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
