




**Job Objective** Support the **management, calculation, and control of payroll** and Human Resources processes across the three units, ensuring compliance with the **Mexican Federal Labor Law**, obligations toward the **IMSS**, accurate calculation of **ISR (Income Tax)**, and efficient administration of employment-related information. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and calculate payroll based on attendance records (absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations, medical leaves). * Calculate **accrued salaries, severance payments, and settlements**. * Calculate and manage **year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation entitlements, and vacation premium (prima vacacional)**. * Manage employee **registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments with the IMSS**. * Calculate ISR on salaries and wages and validate tax withholdings. * Compile and safeguard **employment files**. * Assist in drafting employment contracts, administrative minutes, and HR reports. * Prepare consolidated payroll reports per unit. **Required Knowledge** * **Mexican Federal Labor Law** * **Payroll and severance calculation** * **IMSS** (SUA, IDSE preferred) * **ISR on salaries and wages** * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Candidate Profile** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in payroll and HR. * Experience handling **large and multi\-branch workforces is preferred**.
