Participation in the preparation of financial statements A well-known men's clothing brand is seeking: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Position Objective:** Support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting operations, ensuring tax and administrative compliance through efficient use of **CONTPAQi** and **Excel**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording of accounting journal entries in **CONTPAQi Contabilidad**. * Entry and control of income, expenses, and daily transactions. * Bank reconciliations. * Support in preparing financial statements. * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Review and filing of accounting and tax documentation. * Calculation and support in filing taxes (VAT, Income Tax). * Handling and analysis of accounting data in **Excel** (tables, filters, formulas). * Support during internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant (preferred). * Solid knowledge of **CONTPAQi**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, databases). **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Numerical analysis. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Teamwork. * Proactive attitude.
