Group 11 is seeking an **Accounting Assistant** **Job Objective** Support the accounting department in recording, controlling, and analyzing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accurate accounting information management and compliance with tax obligations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Record accounting journal entries for revenues, expenses, and general ledger. * Enter, review, and classify invoices in the accounting system. * Assist with bank reconciliations. * Affiliation-related transactions in IDSE. * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Control and archive accounting and tax documentation. * Assist in preparing accounting and financial reports. * Verify that supporting documents meet tax requirements. * Assist with monthly accounting closings. * Respond to requests from the General Accountant and audits. **Job Requirements** * Completed technical or bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of general and tax accounting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic–intermediate Excel). * Familiarity with any accounting software is desirable. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity. **Schedule and Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Benefits: As stipulated by law. **Location:** Hacienda Los Ayala Neighborhood, General Escobedo, N.L.
