




**Job Responsibilities** \- Review, manage, and monitor collections and credit notes. \- Review digital platforms (self-service). \- Manage customer account statements to identify overdue payments. \- Apply customer payments in SAE. \- Prepare reports. \- Enter documents. \- Monitor emails. \- Collect delivery evidence. \- Register new customers in SAE. \- Timely and accurate preparation of payment complements. \- Reconcile income against invoices. Send collection status.
