




Job Summary: This role seeks an accounting professional to manage transactions, reconcile accounts, handle payments and collections, and support financial reporting and tax filing, maintaining organization and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of financial transactions and account reconciliation. 2. Assistance in preparing financial reports and tax returns. 3. Proficiency in Office suite and accounting systems, with attention to detail. * Management of SUA (Mexican Social Security system), employee onboarding and offboarding. * Recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system. * Reconciling bank accounts and verifying accuracy of accounting records. * Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation and follow-up. \-Support preparation of periodic financial reports. * Collaborate in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax obligations. * Assist in internal and external audits by providing required information. * Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documents. * Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel) and accounting systems. * Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment are essential for success in this role. **1** * Minimum 2 years of experience Salary: $10,177\.15 \- $12,175\.85 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Workplace: On-site employment
