We seek a dynamic, organized individual with experience in food preparation to ensure the quality and flavor that distinguish us. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed secondary school. * **Training:** Basic knowledge of gastronomy and food hygiene. * **Experience:** Prior kitchen work experience. * **Age:** 18 years and older (Gender-neutral). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory management and stock control. * Temperature monitoring and operation of kitchen equipment. * Handling of standard recipes. * Hygiene and safety regulations. **Your main responsibilities:** * Prepare and portion foods following our recipes and quality standards. * Coordinate with management and grill teams to plan the day’s required production. * Monitor supplies, waste, and temperatures (both upon receipt and of equipment). * Conduct daily inventories and verify that orders arrive complete. * Maintain deep cleaning in work areas, floors, and the kitchen overall. * Fulfill daily requisitions from all departments. **Desired Skills:** * Orderliness, organization, and punctuality. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to follow procedures. * Leadership and excellent interpersonal relationships.
