




As an **Operations Executive (Import)**, you will be responsible for managing the plant’s foreign trade operations (food industry). Your main responsibilities will focus on end-to-end shipment tracking, constant coordination with carriers (multimodal), and maintaining up-to-date information on cargo status. Validation and registration of supplier invoices, as well as tracking of corresponding payments. Analysis of documents required for the importation of raw materials (seeds), file management, customs entry letters, and complete physical and electronic documentation. **Requirements** Experience as an Operations or Import Traffic Executive, handling maritime and land transportation (including perishable goods), and compliance with regulations governing the importation of food sector products, seeds, grains, and agricultural products. Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commercial Relations, or related field. Advanced/Intermediate English. Work location: **Polanco, CDMX**, or willingness to work in this area.
