Tax management, financial statements, and annual budgeting. **LOOK AT is seeking a Junior Accountant in Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro** -------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Objective:** Ensure the company’s compliance with tax, accounting, and administrative regulations through control of taxes, budgets, costs, and financial reports supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring efficient operations. **Location**: Pedro Escobedo, Parque Industrial PYME **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of costs for perishable products (production, procurement, and operations). * Inventory management: cost analysis versus raw material and finished goods inventory. * Management of general taxes. * Preparation of financial statements. * Budget preparation. * Monthly and annual tax filings. * ERP system (Microsip) management. * General accounting: payment complements, invoicing, and general ledgers. * Personnel management (supervision of 2 staff members). * Coordination of tax audits with the SAT (Mexican Tax Authority). * Preparation of annual budgets focused on costs. * Verification of tax compliance according to current legislation. * Analysis of variances against budgets and proposal of improvements. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (degree completed) Experience: **Minimum 3 years** in general accounting, cost accounting, and taxation. Experience in food or perishable product companies (preferred).
