Participation in continuous improvement **MECHANICAL WORKSHOP ASSISTANT** **1\.\- Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma. **Training:** FANUC control; on-machine programming; interpretation of mechanical part drawings, dimensions, and tolerances; setup of cutting tools, parameters, and measuring devices for CNC lathes. **Skills:** Teamwork and working under pressure, interpersonal skills, knowledge of machining processes, fabrication of cutting tools according to specifications, support to production operators, gauge fabrication. **Experience:** 3 years in the position. **2\.\- Objective:** Carry out tooling fabrication or adjustments in accordance with the quality management system and specifically the quality policy. **3\.\- Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\- Sharpening and machining of tooling and fixtures. 2\- Maintenance of tooling, clamping fixtures, and machine components. 3\- Participation in continuous improvement Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
