Verify quality and issue technical assessments of failure reports **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR** Ensure that housing units are delivered to customers on time, with zero defects and full quality compliance; supervise and coordinate actions between Construction and Customer Service (SC) departments to execute repair and warranty processes promptly and effectively, thereby achieving customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Verify housing delivery quality for SC and customers Issue technical assessments of failure reports Provide feedback to Construction and ETP regarding reported failures Coordinate customer visits to ensure proper warranty follow-up. Supervise contractors and the repair process.
