Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager in construction to audit processes, review projects, and generate weekly executive reports. Key Highlights: 1. Quality management and verification of construction projects. **Quality Manager (Construction)** **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in roles involving control, supervision, PMO, operational coordination, or process auditing. * Prior work experience at architecture firms or construction companies * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of Project Management, Lean Construction, and Process Auditing * Advanced Excel proficiency * KPI management **Responsibilities:** * Review project and construction meeting minutes * Verify signed checklists * Audit processes * Review project files * Compare progress against schedule * Review permit application deadlines * Issue critical, weekly, and operational alerts * Generate weekly executive reports **We Offer:** Base salary + statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
