Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to serve as Cost and Budget Manager in construction projects, with leadership skills and experience in Neodata, Revit, and BIM, to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and prepare budgets. Prepare budgets with strong analytical capability Civil Engineer or Architect for the position of Cost and Budget Manager in the construction field, with extensive experience in this role, in-depth knowledge of Neodata, Revit, and BIM methodology, and leadership abilities to lead multidisciplinary teams. Prepare budgets with strong analytical capability, essential for identifying anomalies; coordinate submission of proposals for tenders and bids; field experience when required by the project. In-depth knowledge of unit costs, Neodata handling, cost analysis, and matrices. Proactive and dynamic; capable of working under pressure and toward objectives. Immediate availability.
