The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses sound construction judgment and technical proficiency, and is capable of transforming preliminary designs into clear, precise, and code-compliant executive information. Responsibilities * Development of **complete executive projects**. * Preparation of architectural drawings: floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. * Basic integration and coordination with structural and MEP drawings. * Basic quantity take-offs and support in technical specifications. * Review and revisions according to feedback from the responsible architect. * Organized delivery conforming to the firm’s standards. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or final-year student). * Demonstrable experience in **executive projects**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Experience in **Revit / SketchUp** is desirable. * Knowledge of construction systems and basic building codes. * High level of attention to detail, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
