Our mission is to provide solutions that improve people’s lives and contribute to a more sustainable future. **Objective:** Manage automation processes, develop new strategies for transitioning manual processes to machine-based operations, and identify and explore new business opportunities to enhance productivity through robotics and automation. **Responsibilities:** 1\. \- Management of automated processes * Operation, maintenance, and programming of Güntner Mexico’s automated systems. 2\. \- Administration of programs and data * Monitoring the creation of programs and peripheral data for automated cells. 3\. Production Capacity Management * Managing robot production capacity to coordinate with manual production. 4\. \- Lean Manufacturing * Enhancing productivity through automation projects. 5\. \- Cost Savings * Managing and tracking company-defined cost-saving projects and targets. 6\. \- Investments * Defining and acquiring requirements for cells, robots, and equipment. 7\. \- Strategic Projects * Developing automated projects to reduce failure risks and maintain standard production volume with necessary safety. 8\. \- Automation * Managing upgrades of machines, equipment, and processes. 9\. \- Infrastructure * Meeting infrastructure requirements arising from changes in production demands and projects. 10\.
