Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. 2 days off during the week. We offer a monthly gross salary of $10,793, equivalent to $2,360 net per week. Commission rates of .3%, .4%, and .5% on individual weekly rentals. Additional commission for meeting weekly targets—no cap. $1,000 RETENTION BONUS for completing the first month. Transportation support: $500 monthly. We pay weekly via BBVA every Thursday and provide IMSS and benefits from day one. Employee discounts at the brand and CINEPOLIS. Vacation entitlement starting from the 3rd month.
