Gain exposure to international construction projects Cazeta is seeking a **Project Coordinator (Architecture \& Construction)** to support a Texas\-based construction company in the development and coordination of Design\-Build projects across the United States. Our client specializes in integrated design\-build delivery, working closely with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure projects move efficiently from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering who thrives in structured environments, enjoys administrative coordination, and understands construction workflows. This position will be based in Cazeta’s Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico office, providing direct operational and technical support to an architect in day\-to\-day project activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide structured administrative and project coordination support. * Manage day\-to\-day task tracking and follow\-ups to ensure priorities remain aligned. * Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and consultant communications. * Draft and send professional emails to consultants and project stakeholders. * Maintain organized digital records, drawings, and documentation. * Manage ClickUp as the primary project management platform, ensuring tasks, timelines, and workflows are accurately updated. * Coordinate consultant surveys, layouts, and drawing exchanges. Clean and organize drawings in AutoCAD for review and coordination. * Assist in transferring or coordinating files into Revit when required. * Support early\-stage massing studies in SketchUp with strong spatial and proportional judgment. * Assist with general workflow organization to keep projects moving efficiently. **Technical Skills** * AutoCAD (Required) — ability to clean up consultant surveys and layouts efficiently. * Revit (Preferred but not mandatory) — for coordination and model review. * SketchUp (Required) — ability to produce basic massing studies with good proportion and spatial awareness. * Rendering skills (Plus, not required). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office. * Experience using project management tools (ClickUp preferred). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related construction field. * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential. * Strong administrative and organizational capabilities. * High attention to detail and follow\-through. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively check in on priorities.
