Opportunity to double salary through commissions/bonuses An international company specializing in the sale of finishing materials, flooring, bathroom fixtures, and general white work is seeking an Architect with interior design experience for the following responsibilities and profile: **Responsibilities:** Gather client, construction, and project requirements regarding their finishing needs Advise on matters related to finishes and interior design Propose design solutions to clients to promote the company’s products Develop designs, plans, and renderings **Experience:** Designing plans, designs, renderings, and proposals for individual or corporate clients Verifiable client-facing experience **OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED.** Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Commercial or sales experience is a strong plus Completed, incomplete, or recently obtained Bachelor’s degree in Architecture only. **Offer Includes:** Base salary of $14,400.00 gross per month Commissions/bonuses that may double the salary Statutory benefits 100% formal payroll Gasoline allowance Work location: Central/Northern Mérida Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,400.00 – $29,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have your own transportation?
