Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** **Experience** * Preferred experience: 2 years in an operational role (Warehouse, Transportation, Service). * Time management: Organizes and prioritizes work to achieve expected results. * Collaboration and influence: Shares knowledge with the team, fosters a continuous improvement culture, and leads diverse projects influencing all levels. * Analytical: Identifies improvements within operations, tracks, or projects using strategies reflected in KPI improvements, replication across countries and locations. * Language: Advanced or conversational English preferred. * Proficiency in LSS methodology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Power BI proficiency preferred.
