We seek responsible individuals willing to perform physical labor and eager to grow within the company. *Recruitment and selection process managed by an independent external consultancy.* **Requirements** * Age: 18 to 55 years old * Gender: No preference * Minimum education: Junior high school diploma * Candidates without a diploma may submit official grade transcripts * Experience: Preferred in plants, production or manufacturing (not mandatory) * First-time job seekers are welcome to apply, provided they submit complete and up-to-date documentation * Physical condition: * Due to the physically demanding nature of the work, applicants with overweight will not be accepted * Restrictions: * Use of eyeglasses or hearing aids is not a restriction, provided the candidate possesses them **Salary** * **Approximate weekly take-home pay: $2,700** * Weekly base salary: $2,100 * Adaptation bonus: $600 per week **Benefits and Perks** * Grocery vouchers: * 5% (less than 2 years of service) * 8% (more than 2 years) * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Savings fund: 4% in the first year, 6% in the second year, 8.5% starting from the third year * Employer contributes double the employee’s contribution * Year-end bonus: 18 to 35 days, based on length of service * Additional Christmas bonus on top of the year-end bonus: $500 to $2,700, based on length of service * Development bonus: $600 per week for 20 weeks (until reaching Category C) * Vacation and vacation premium as stipulated by law and length of service * Financial assistance for: Marriage, Birth, Education, Death, Disability Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,700.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
