Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Cost and Budget Assistant to prepare and coordinate budgets, manage databases, and collaborate on cost management strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive preparation and review of budgets and costs. 2. Coordination of quotations and maintenance of cost databases. 3. Strategic collaboration in cost management. **TD CASAS IS SEEKING A COST AND BUDGET ASSISTANT** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Budget preparation * Preparation, review, and reconciliation of indirect costs * Coordination, integration, and review of subcontractor quotations for full budget integration * Preparation of project-based comparative analyses of subcontractor proposals and unit prices * Database entry for administrative control * Ensure timely and proper submission of budgets for review * Review parametric costs and prepare a parametric cost table * Coordinate cost strategy with the Projects Department * Maintain parameters and specifications used within the Budget Department * Keep the company’s cost database up to date * Preparation of generators **REQUIREMENTS:** Proactive Willing Numerical aptitude Logical reasoning Opus (mandatory) Enkontrol (desirable) Office software (basic Excel) AutoCAD Revit (desirable) Age 23 or older Gender: Unrestricted Marital status: Unrestricted Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or related position Civil engineer / architect or related field Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free beverages * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
