Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Civil Engineer/Architect. * Knowledge of construction processes for industrial warehouses, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure. * Ability to interpret drawings and generators (steel structure drawings). * Proficiency in NEODATA, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Knowledge of unit prices and budgeting. Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of volume calculations or material quantification for steel structures. * Preparation of quotations and timely, appropriate communication with suppliers. * Generation of unit price matrices and development of a catalog of items. * Preparation of change orders once contracts are assigned. * Preparation of construction schedules. * Preparation of technical and economic files for private and public tenders.
