**Construction company seeks COST AND BUDGET ANALYST. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Gender: Indifferent. Experience: 5 years as a cost analyst (knowledge of structure required). Responsibilities:** **Receive and review budget requests for developing the list of items and their quantification.** **Request from the sales representative all information required to prepare budgets, which will be shared with the quantity surveyor to indicate how the elements must be quantified in order to prepare budgets and unit prices.** **Maintain control over budget requests received from the supervisor for tracking and timely delivery.** **Review catalogs and prices generated with the immediate supervisor.** **Must reside in Mexico City, working area: Col. del Valle. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
