





**Construction Coordinator General Information** **Position:** Construction Coordinator **Area:** Operations **Reports to:** Operations Manager **Supervises:** Site Residents, Site Assistants, Foreman Supervisors **Location:** Assigned sites (national scope) Position Purpose Coordinate the planning, execution, and control of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, costs, quality, and safety. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for leading and providing technical-administrative support to field teams, guaranteeing the proper implementation of company methodologies and guidelines. Main Responsibilities * Plan project schedules and critical paths together with the Operations Manager and Site Residents. * Coordinate and supervise the progress of simultaneous projects at different locations. * Validate budgets, estimates, and generators submitted by Site Residents. * Ensure proper execution of work according to drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Monitor schedules, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Review weekly progress reports, logs, and site reports from each resident. * Coordinate the preparation of **final documentation packages** for project delivery to the client. * Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, supervising contracts and payments according to progress. * Implement safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines on site. * Regularly report to the Operations Manager on the status of assigned projects. Profile Requirements * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (with professional license). * Experience: minimum **6 years in construction**, including at least **3 years coordinating retail projects or construction sites**. * Knowledge: * Construction planning and schedule control (Microsoft Project, Primavera). * Cost estimation and budgeting (Neodata, Opus). * Civil works processes, finishes, installations, and third-party services. * Applicable construction regulations. * Competencies: * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Organization and results orientation. * Problem solving and decision-making under pressure. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Project schedule compliance (progress percentage vs. timeline). * Number of time and cost deviations identified and corrected. * Quality delivery index (non-conformities vs. successful deliveries). * Timely completion of final documentation packages. * Customer and operations management satisfaction level.
