Job Summary: Provide support in the Technical-Architectural area by applying knowledge to resolve projects at both the preliminary and executive design stages, in accordance with techno-construction requirements and applicable regulations. Study of executive projects and construction methods GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide support to all members of the Technical-Architectural area by applying, developing, and strengthening their knowledge to resolve projects at both the preliminary and executive design stages, in compliance with the company’s techno-construction requirements and governmental authorities’ requirements (building codes and current technical standards). ACTIVITIES: * Study of executive projects to ensure proper implementation * Study of construction methods and bill-of-quantities catalog * Computer-aided 2D and 3D technical drawing of floor plans, elevations, and sections according to established drafting standards Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Proficiency in CAD 2D and 3D drafting Work Location: On-site employment
