Here, you can make an impact on the world around you and accelerate your career in areas that motivate and inspire you. **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST** Cosmetics, personal care, and cleaning products **Tultitlán** – Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 remote per week) **DESCRIPTION** * Market development: understanding market trends, consumer demands, industry production, and building an attractive portfolio. * Supporting the development of new suppliers, evaluating portfolios, and integrating new suppliers. * Portfolio management: identifying gaps, determining which items to include or discontinue based on regulatory and market trends, analyzing product conflicts within the same portfolio. * Developing sales tools for sales representatives to effectively communicate value propositions through presentations, prototypes, and innovation workshops. Supporting the go-to-market plan—including target customers, offerings, and assisting the sales team in structuring their activities. * Continuously evaluating the performance of strategic products. * Participating in industry events. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetology, or related fields. * Experience in market analysis, business development, portfolio management, and technical marketing in the chemical, cosmetic, or cleaning products industries. * Fluent or advanced English proficiency. * Familiarity with market analysis tools such as Mintel and Euromonitor. * Availability to attend trade shows and industry events, as well as occasional visits to customers and suppliers. #LI-EG1 #LI-Hybrid**We need people like you**, and a global network of over 9,500 employees, **to build a company where the best want to work.** You, a valued Univar Solutions employee, understand that we are more than a distribution company.
