Job Summary: Designs and models buildings and structures, coordinates information in Revit and Navisworks, identifies inconsistencies, and prepares drawings and specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in industrial and commercial warehouse projects. **Main Responsibilities:** Create and design buildings and structures; design renovation plans for existing buildings and structures. **Specific Responsibilities:** * MEP modeling, preferably using Revit software * Coordination of information in Revit and Navisworks * Identify potential inconsistencies or omissions in the project to be executed. * Preparation of drawings, details, quantity takeoffs, calculation reports, and descriptive technical specifications. * Identify and address priorities according to the requirements of various projects. * Plotting of drawings, printing of documents, and delivery of information. * Willingness to travel and/or relocate temporarily. **Minimum one year of prior experience working on industrial warehouse, commercial building, or retail projects is required.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 75% (Desirable) Work Location: On the road
