Job Summary: Air Conditioning Technician responsible for performing preventive maintenance, startup, parameter reading, painting, and cleaning of air conditioning equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience handling hand tools and measuring equipment **AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN** Education: Technical high school diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Climate Control, or equivalent Schedule: Full-time Work location: CDMX, with willingness to travel. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform preventive maintenance activities on air conditioning units, adhering to safety procedures and regulatory requirements. · Conduct site visits to start up air conditioning equipment · Read parameters and temperatures to verify correct operation · Perform painting work on air conditioning equipment · Perform general cleaning of equipment and grilles · Disassemble air conditioning units for cleaning, inspection, assembly, and disassembly **EXPERIENCE:** Preferred 1–2 years’ experience handling hand tools, pressure gauges, multimeters, and voltage meters. Knowledge of air conditioning units up to 85 TR Familiarity with multiple systems including Chiller, VRF, and Packaged Units.
