What will you do? Consultative sales of a Human Resources platform Prospecting and developing new business opportunities Account management and follow-up Preparing proposals and closing negotiations Direct relationship with HR managers and directors What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years of experience selling Human Resources services or platforms 100% commercial profile (not HR operational) Experience in B2B sales High frustration tolerance and results-oriented mindset What do we offer? Base salary: $35,000 MXN \+ Monthly bonus: $35,000 MXN based on commercial KPIs \+ Commissions Hybrid work model (4 days in office / 1 day remote) Work location: Polanco, CDMX — on-site.
