Technical requirements for this role: * 7+ years of full-stack development experience. * 2 years leading technical teams. * Proficiency in .NET, C#, Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or React Native. * Experience with architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL Server. * Knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. * Advanced English and excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and developing technical teams (5–8 developers), including mentoring and code reviews. * Designing scalable architectures: microservices, APIs, and system integrations. * Making strategic technology decisions and creating ADRs and key documentation. * Ensuring quality standards, testing, best practices, and technical debt management. * Hands-on development of critical components (30–40% time). * Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and multiple stakeholders. * Driving adoption of modern technologies, agile practices, and AI-powered tools.
