




**Function:** Manage, supervise, and control the operational processes of Bancoppel teller windows and deposit cashiers. Verify compliance with goals and objectives, adhering to applicable regulations and rules for each business unit, with the aim of providing optimal customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinates and promotes strategies for customer attention and quality service. * Develops and interprets control indicators to mitigate operational risks and maintain control over the operational processes of cashier and teller areas through authorization thereof. * Coordinates human resources in the cashier and teller area. Coordinates training, development plans, and performance evaluations of staff in the deposit cashier and banking teller areas. **Requirements:** 2 years of experience in banks / branch network. 2 years of customer attention and service. 2 years of experience using desktop and/or laptop computers and Office software suite. **Education:** Economics or Administration degree.
